Harrington Kitchens – Smeg Coffee Machine Promotion

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Harrington Kitchens Pty Ltd (ABN 34 060 625 103) (“Promoter”) in collaboration with Winning Appliances and SMEG Australia. Harrington Kitchens is solely responsible for the administration of this promotion and these Terms & Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 14 July 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) on Monday, 31 August 2026, or once all promotional gifts have been allocated, whichever occurs first.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for this promotion, customers must, during the Promotion Period:

• enter into a signed kitchen contract after 14th July 2026, with Harrington Kitchens Pty Ltd;
• purchase a minimum of AUD $7,500 (including GST) of appliances through Winning Appliances for the same kitchen project; and
• satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Only one (1) promotional gift is available per eligible kitchen project.

4. Promotional Gift

Eligible customers will receive:

One (1) Smeg BCC13 Bean-to-Cup Automatic Coffee Machine

The coffee machine is available in Black (BCC13BLMAU) or Teal (BCC13EGMAU), subject to stock availability.

If a selected colour becomes unavailable, Harrington Kitchens reserves the right to supply the alternative available colour.

5. Limited Allocation

This promotion is strictly limited to the first fifteen (15) eligible customers.

A promotional gift will be reserved once the customer has:

• signed a Harrington Kitchens kitchen contract during the Promotion Period; and
• purchased a minimum of $7,500 (including GST) of appliances through Winning Appliances for that kitchen project.

Allocation will be determined in the order that both eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

Once all fifteen (15) promotional gifts have been reserved, the promotion will close, even if this occurs before 31 August 2026.

Employees of Harrington Kitchens Pty Ltd, Winning Appliances, SMEG Australia, and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this promotion.

6. Collection of Promotional Gift

The promotional coffee machine will be made available for collection following practical completion of the customer’s Harrington Kitchens kitchen installation and once all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.

The promotional gift must be collected from the customer’s nominated Harrington Kitchens showroom within 30 days of being notified that it is available for collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.

7. Non-Transferable

The promotional gift:

• is not transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product;
• cannot be redeemed retrospectively;
• cannot be used in conjunction with any other Harrington Kitchens promotion unless approved by the Promoter.

8. Product Availability

Should the advertised coffee machine become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, Harrington Kitchens reserves the right to substitute the promotional gift with a product of equal or greater value.

9. Cancellation or Variation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by law.

Any changes will be published on the Harrington Kitchens website.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or delay arising from events outside its reasonable control, including supplier or freight delays.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Manufacturer’s Warranty

The promotional coffee machine is supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

Any warranty claims relating to the coffee machine should be directed to SMEG Australia.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be managed in accordance with Harrington Kitchens’ Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

14. Acceptance

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any claim that does not meet the requirements of this promotion.

15. Cancellation of Kitchen Contract

If an eligible customer cancels, terminates or fails to proceed with their Harrington Kitchens contract, or does not complete the qualifying appliance purchase through Winning Appliances, their reserved promotional gift will be forfeited and may be reallocated to the next eligible customer.
