There’s “country” and then there’s country! This stunning kitchen certainly takes the idea of a country kitchen to new heights and is a drastic change from the original dated kitchen. 

Hand painted cabinetry in our unique antique finish using Dulux Domino and Lexicon ¼ strength have been used throughout, with the island taking centre stage using the ever popular sultriness of Dulux Mt Eden and York proud kicks in the Shaker style. The hand painted cabinetry has been manufactured in the more decorative Chifley style door frames and lends itself totally to the style of this country residence. 

Decorative capping was used below the bulkhead to enhance the elegance of the cabinetry and highlights the soaring raked ceilings.  

40mm mitred benchtops using YDL Calacutta Classico are used throughout, with the feature island in 60mm.  The pure white base of this stone, together with its free-flowing light grey veins is the absolute perfect choice for the hand painted and Mt Eden colour choices. 

Quality kitchen appliances have been chosen. A Smeg upright freestanding induction cooktop oven in black is centred under the integrated Whispair Monte Carlo rangehood with a Spotted Gum timber skirt. The pot filler above the oven is a lovely added feature amongst the Southern Cross Ceramics satin tiles in the Brighton pattern. 

Discretely situated under the timber windows sits a gorgeous Turner & Hastings Novi Ribbed double bowl with satin nickel traditional tap. Simple but elegant Bondi handles in the matching finish complete this amazing space. 

Tasteful glass pendants sit atop the island and carry your eyes out to the garden view, perfectly framed in the bay window.  Absolute perfection!
