A traditional door profile in the cabinetry using Dulux Quarter strength Lexicon on the cooking run, with decorative capping creates a grand statement in this inspiring two toned kitchen.
Our client wanted a “true blue” island and chose this beautiful tone based upon Porters Paint “Yacht Race” which certainly allows the kitchen to star in this whole house renovation in the Southern Highlands.
60mm mitred edges for the island and 40mm mitred edges in Smartstone Carrara were used on the benchtops and continued onto the splashback for a functional, yet stunning look.
A fully integrated Fisher & Pykel fridge is cleverly hidden, allowing for a fully streamlined look in the cabinetry. A Smeg wall oven and microwave are designed into the wall cabinetry which allows for more space along the cooktop run. A semi integrated Smeg dishwasher is concealed in the island and is complimented by our client’s choice of a Franke Urban white sink with drainage board.
Modern, brass Kethy handles and knobs add a touch of glamour and are echoed in the Italian Nicolazzi Adore traditional mixer tap in a gold brass finish which takes pride of place on the island.
Simple cut glass pendants hang discreetly over the island and leather bar stools complement the look of this stylish kitchen, ensuring many days of creative cooking and social gatherings.
“Harrington Kitchens have provided us with a beautiful and timeless kitchen.
Scott Green was able to bring our vision to life; he designed for us a magnificently detailed island, coupled with exquisite stone. The entire kitchen looks remarkable; however, we have had many compliments about the island, which is undoubtedly the centrepiece of the kitchen.
If you desire a bespoke kitchen that will not only evoke the joy of cooking, and stand the test of time, Harrington Kitchens are the specialists for you.”
